As an experienced teacher of English to non-native speakers, this unit (like the previous one) was a very good review for me. It helped to fine-tune my knowledge of the parts of speech. Some of the topics presented in this unit gave me a better understanding of the grammar and further insight of how to explain them to my students. These are topics such as the article ‘the,’ adverbs, gerunds, preposition and conjunctions. Although this unit was mainly a review for me, I greatly appreciate going through the parts that fine-tuned my understanding of the parts of speech.
