The content of this unit is learning how to create a good lesson plan. It discusses the important functions it has, such as keeping the teacher on target to what is expected for the students to achieve by the end of each lesson, how the teacher will make that possible and what resources she will use to complete the task. It will provide a record for the teacher to evaluate for improvement and provide a document for another teacher to be able to cover her class in case of absence. I learned the basic principles of lesson planning, how to be organized, so the lesson goes smoothly and what should be included in a lesson plan.
