Similar to the last unit, a more narrowly focused unit that gives a good basic summary of how to focus on teaching and eliciting output/productive skills. This unit does a good job clarifying the timing of accuracy focus for the study phase and fluency and more creative and experimentation freedom during the activate phase which I found to be useful and sensible. It gives some good tips for motivating students who may feel shy or insecure about their abilities into being more comfortable participating, and I think these may be particularly useful when not all students in a class feel that they are exactly the same level of skill. Again I also appreciate more good lesson plan example activities that I think will be useful for future ideas in the classroom, and I am glad the recent chapters continue to provide more of that.
