Unit 20 focuses on many issues that may arise in the classroom and how to handle them. The potential problems covered are first lessons, warmers, different language levels, large classrooms, use of native language, reluctant students, and difficulty with listening texts. Something that stood out to me in this unit was how to deal with differing levels. I learned how to deal with this issue by using differing materials, pair work, splitting the class, or potentially even doing nothing. Many of these problems will likely arise when I become a teacher so I am glad to have learned about these issues.
