In this lesson I learned the value of the classroom management, arrangement. The way the room is set up contributes to putting the students at ease and helps them interact with one another. Using facial expressions, eye contact and gestures can speak volumes to the students so that my words don't have to. I can give them cues, discipline, instruct and encourage them through them. Building rapport and dealing with discipline is also a way to manage, but hopefully the rapport has been built up enough that discipline won't be necessary.
