This unit discussed teaching students of various English levels and students of different ages. I learned ways to engage younger students and issues that can arise with young learners. It was helpful to have a list of suitable activities for different learners. The business English section highlighted the uniqueness of teaching adult learners, including having a general understanding of the industry the client works in, the motivation for taking an English course and essentially asking the right questions to understand what the student hopes to gain from the course.
