In this Unit I learn about the potential problems that I might come across as a teacher. There are two categories of students : New groups and Existing groups. There are quiet few activities that I can start my first lessons with to get to know my students as well as for my students to get to know each other (if they are a New group). It's beneficial to start a lesson with a 'warmer' to make the students feel more comfortable and make the atmosphere more friendly instead of starting up with the lesson plan.
