In this unit I was able to understand additional information about teaching students that tend to be more reluctant on learning in the classroom. I learned that by using plenty of pair work in the classroom will allow the students to not only practice in a safe environment with the support of their fellow classmates. I also learned that by allowing the students to role-play in the classroom, they were able to create a new persona and find it more comfortable to communicate when they are being someone else, rather than themselves.
