What I have gained from this course is simply incredible. I started this course believing I had a solid understanding on how to properly teach english to foreign students, but I was absolutely blind-sided by the instruction in this course. I have not only gained a solid, and priceless knowledge of teaching english, but I have also gained confidence to create lessons that I know will benefit the students that will one day sit in my classroom. This leads me to the second part of this task. What I plan to do with this knowledge is to utilize it in a classroom of monolingual students in China. In the very near future, the things I have learned from these past units will shine brightly as I have already secured a teaching position in Yantai, China. These lessons will serve as a foundation to the fundamentals I will be teaching.
