ALC Oujda is a part of the American Cultural Association in Morocco and serves not only to provide high quality classes but also to provide a glimpse into American culture. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

SALARY & BENEFITS:
• Starting pay range for at least 15 hours of teaching a week, 5 classes, is from approximately 6000-9000 dirhams after taxes. That is about 700-1000 dollars a month, which is enough to cover expenses in Morocco and take side trips. The pay is based on an hourly rate and naturally higher if a teacher works more or does a special project, curriculum development, cultural clubs or other American cultural activities. Average living costs in Oujda are 400-530 USD per month or 4,200-5,400 dirhams.

• Housing allowance in addition to salary: 1200 dirhams, this is enough to cover approximately half the rent in a private apartment.
• Flight allowance of 5000 dirhams toward flight upon successful completion of one year of teaching.
• Health Insurance (80% covered)
• August holiday pay
• Breaks between 10 week sessions for exploration and travel, often 7 to 10 days between our main 10 week sessions.
• Teacher development: National ALC-TEFL conference in Morocco, all expense paid.

Rye School of English in León requires native English level EFL teachers for teaching adults, teens and children. Teachers are also expected to teach outside the school in local businesses and they may be called on to teach one-to-one courses. We offer a 12-month, renewable contract. Our teachers work a 27-hour week between the times of 7:30am and 2:00pm in the morning and in the afternoon between 4:00pm and 9:30pm, Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between the times 8:30am to 11:45am.

Rye School of English is a highly academic institution. We are an authorised centre of the University of Cambridge. Therefore, we expect our teachers to be able to teach Exam preparation Courses from A2 to C1. These examinations test the four skills and are based on the Common European Framework of Reference. So, it would be ideal if candidates are familiar with these frames.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
We offer take-home pay of $8,100 Mexican pesos. Take in account this is after taxes and all deduction.

Universe Language School in Chiayi has opportunities for TEFL qualified teachers who wish to commit to a one year full-time position. We offer a variety of classes - afternoon elementary and evening classes. If you have a preferred age level we will do our best to accommodate you, but most teachers have to teach a variety of ages as scheduling requires. Teachers are not required to work all three shifts, but some choose to in order to get extra hours.

Our monthly salary is NT$50,000 for 25 teaching hours and 5 office hours per week. Extra class hours pay NT$500 per hour. There are three American foreign teachers working in our school now. Our teachers are paid on the tenth day of each month. Contracts are one year in length. If you decide you want to leave at the end of your contract we prefer two month's notice so that we have time to find a teacher to replace you.

Most teachers have between 25-30 hours of class a week. Because living expenses are very cheap in our city, teachers can save a large portion of their salaries. The work week is from Monday to Friday so teachers have weekends free to travel around Taiwan.

We have five mandatory preparation hours per week. Our teachers have to come thirty minutes before their classes begin. We have staff meetings once a week. We have no set dress code - we only expect our teachers to come to work looking presentable.

There are several vacations throughout the year. Some long weekends, and one full week in February for Chinese New Year.

ABOUT CHIAYI:
Chiayi is a small city by Asian standards with a population of about 300,000. It is nicely located in the middle of Taiwan - about an hour from the ocean and is bordered by mountains. There is not a huge bar/club scene in Chiayi, but there is a large foreign population and an active social scene if you want it. There are also many options for those who like outdoor activities. Taipei is about three hours away. Several other big cities are within day trip distance.

Most foreign teachers live in the same residential area. Apartments are spacious and inexpensive. A large two bedroom apartment goes for about 6,000 NT$ a month ($193 USD). One bedroom apartments rent for about 5,000 NT$ a month ($160 USD). Furnished apartments are available and the cost of rent does not change if furniture is included. It is notable that the cost of living, particularly in terms of rent, is cheaper in Chaiyi than in a large city like Taipei.

GETTING AROUND:
Most teachers buy a scooter or motorcycle for their stay here. Prices range from 25,000 NT$ to 35,000 NT$ ($851 usd to $1192 usd) US $1=NT $29.377. Selling your vehicle is not a problem at the end of your stay. Most ESL teachers sell their bikes to incoming teachers for about the same price they paid. Maintenance and gas are very inexpensive.

THE WEATHER:
Taiwan is warm year round. July and August are very hot, but most apartments are air conditioned (as are all working locations). The winter is short and cool. A light winter jacket would be appropriate. It never gets really cold unless you take a trip into the mountains in the winter. The spring and fall are very comfortable. We do have a rainy season so think about bringing good rain gear BUT rain suits are available and cheap here.

MISCELLANEOUS:
We will offer teachers the first two weeks free apartment and lunch.
There's a small fee of Alien resident card for NT$1000 per year. (First year NT$1000) When teachers first arrive, school will provide teachers advance to buy what they need and pay for living before teachers get the first month salary.

Most apartments come with a washing machine, but if yours does not, there are cheap laundry services in town.

This area offers more of a culture experience allowing you to connect with the locals and the other foreigners that work on the base.

JOB DETAILS:
Start Date: immediate
Salary: $1,200 a month; Private OT tuition classes at a rate of $15 per hour will be assisted with by the school upon request.
Workload: 25 hours a week; two consecutive days off per week; all public and school holidays paid; the exact amount is hard to tell because the public holidays are based off the lunar calendar and the school holidays often spring up with little notice.

Age groups: K-12; Adults
School Events: Teachers are expected to attend 3-4 annual events outside of working hours within the school year. These include the prize giving ceremony and graduation ceremony. No preparation required, just attendance.
Accommodation: Shared housing (4 people max.) in a nice and safe residential area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and courtyard provided by the school.
Flight Reimbursement: Up to a $1000 paid

Contract Length: generally 7 months but it depends upon arrival; should the teacher and school get along they are welcome to renegotiate the contract between each other for a longer period

School Contacts: The school is a family owned business and the two brothers speak English really well and frequently bring teachers out to enjoy the Meiktila nightlife. They are the teachers’ main contact but many people at the school will try in earnest to engage and speak with teachers.

REQUIREMENTS:
**Must be a native level speaker from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Ireland with a CELTA, TEFL or TESOL certificate highly preferred. Better chance for those who can teach K-12.

We are looking for qualified, fun, energetic and hard-working individuals seeking a fresh challenge to join our team. Shane English School is a well-established and highly respected chain of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) schools. We place great emphasis on providing a high quality, excellent value, and caring service to our students. Shane is a language school catering mainly to children and teenagers, you may also have adult and kindergarten classes. A lot of the teaching hours will be after school and at the weekend.

We are a professional school: We have already prepared tests and course guides. We have maximum class sizes of 10 students and we place students according to their level which we check before they join the school.

We pay hourly so it's possible to make over 65,000 baht / month but we guarantee that you won't make less than 40,320 baht.

We offer academic support. There is a comprehensive training week prior to teachers starting teaching. The training will include workshops and an opportunity to observe experienced teachers.

Windsor English Language School is a friendly, independent establishment, looking for native level speakers EFL teachers in our schools in Moscow to start in August 2018. We provide a range of general and specialized courses to students and professionals. In addition to general English, our school provides IELTS preparation and ESP courses in finance, law, business and content-based courses in a range of subjects.

We are an IELTS Pre-testing Centre and an official partner of University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. We work closely with the Moscow Examination Centre, and many of our teachers, once sufficiently experienced, go on to become certified Examiners. This professional development brings the possibility for regular examining work in Moscow and the possibility of paid working trips.
We have a vigorous program of teacher training and professional development. Our policy is to trust our teacher's expertise and to place them at the heart of what we do.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold a recognized qualification: CELTA, TESOL, TEFL.
- University degree.
- From 1 year EFL teaching experience including teaching kids.
