Located in the Pearl River delta, TEFL International in Zhuhai is nicely located and offers complete immersion into Chinese life and culture. Zhuhai is also conveniently located just next to Hong Kong but the cost of living is nearly half the price so getaways to the dynamic neighborhoods of Hong Kong are incredibly easy.
The center is very modern and fully-equipped. We offer spacious classrooms and all materials, resources and services needed to successfully complete the course will be provided at no additional charge.
Complimentary snacks will be provided and other treats will be sold on the premises. Local shops, including a large supermarket are located nearby and you can always bring home ingredients for home-cooked meals. Please note that Western food options are limited but there are several Thai and Indian restaurants in the town center.
As an additional option, we’ll provide three meals a day to those who volunteer for our Discussion Corner sessions. Here you would lead a group of local adult students in various conversations about a variety of topics. This is voluntary and by no means compulsory.
