Your initial application should be completed on ITTT's own Internet application form.

As part of our pre-screening process, applicants are requested to submit an account of their personal history and background and of their motives for joining the course, as well as their future aspirations.

ITTT will refund payments for online courses for any reason on request, but the refund request must be made to ITTT via email within 72 hours of the payment submission. If for any reason you subsequently wish to cancel your place on the course after the 72 hours has expired, ITTT cannot provide a refund. The course organizer's decision is final. The fees paid can be used as payment for another course at a later date, subject to the availability of places.

If you find a fully equivalent course offered at a lower price, then we will simply refund you the difference in price.

All you need to do is send us a link to the website that is offering the equivalent course at a lower price in US dollars, and we will refund you the difference.

• Please note that there are of course a few terms and conditions that apply to this offer:
• The equivalent course must match our course components and course hours exactly.
• This offer is valid for 7 days from the time of payment.
• The price promise applies to usual course prices advertised elsewhere, and is not valid for special offers or auctions.
• The price should include local sales tax if applicable.
• The price promise doesn't apply to courses that offer discount codes or promotions.
• We can only accept one price promise refund request per course.
• Refunds will be processed via either credit card credit or PayPal.

After full payment of fees you will be assigned a course tutor who will guide you through the course. Your tutor will under normal circumstances respond to any enquiries within one working day. Please note, from time to time your tutor will be unavailable due to illness or vacation. ITTT will, where possible, endeavor to make alternative arrangements to cover such circumstances.

All work submitted during the course should be the original work of the course participant. Repeated submission of worksheets containing materials taken verbatim from external sources, or work written by someone else, will result in disqualification from the course.

ITTT reserve the right to reproduce any work submitted by online course participants on our websites and/or publicity materials.
